Feedback
Feedback from Malawi has been very positive. Teachers and health workers have praised the quality of the items included in the boxes.
Shirley Stronge, while working as a nursing tutor at Ekwendeni CCAP Hospital, wrote:
"By Monday I knew we were running short of gloves in the hospital and by Tuesday we were on the last box.... at home gloves are not such a major issue but to try and work in maternity without them is utter madness.... a call came on Thursday saying that a conatainer had come from Ireland!!! Prayers answered and you did not have to be asked.
It had many boxes of gloves, gauze and other wonderful medical supplies all of which we were in desperate need of...
For those of you who fill those medical boxes and send them they were more of a blessing than you will ever realise, so BIG THANKS for that and maybe a wee plea to keep going."
