Packing Instructions
Please make sure boxes are as full as possible so that they will not be damaged when others are stacked on top of them.
The adhesive label listing the contents should be stuck on the side of the box. It is important that your address is NOT included on the label but that you put FULL DETAILS on the packing note.
When the boxes have been delivered to the shippers the packing note should be sent in the envelope provided.
It is essential that ONLY the goods listed on the label are put in the boxes and that as great a variety as possible of the items listed are included, as the boxes will be delivered unopened to a school or health centre. Including other items may involve the payment of customs duty or jeopardise the clearing of the whole container.
Other Items:
If you have other items not included on the 'education' or 'health' lists, please ask a member of the Containers for Malawi Group whether these would be useful and, if the answer is 'Yes', they should be packed in a cardboard box with the contents labelled on the outside. It would be appreciated if a contribution of £8 per cubic foot could be made to cover the cost of shipping these additional items.

All-Route Shipping can be reached by taking the M2 Motorway to Fortwilliam Roundabout, exiting this roundabout onto Dargan Road, proceeding through the harbour estate checkpoint and turning left at the second set of traffic lights onto Westbank Road. All-Route Shipping is about 200 metres further on, on the left.
By using this Google Map link, you can get directions to All-Route Shipping from wherever you happen to be travelling from. To do this, simply click on the blue location marker on the map - this will cause a description box to appear. Then follow the 'get directions' instructions within the description box, and your directions and estimated journey time will appear to the left of the map.
UNLESS EXPRESS PERMISSION HAS FIRST BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE CONTAINERS FOR MALAWI GROUP (CFMG), NO GOODS SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO ALL-ROUTE SHIPPING OTHER THAN PLASTIC BOXES SUPPLIED BY CFMG WHICH HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH EDUCATIONAL OR HEALTH MATERIALS THAT ARE ON CFMG's 'APPROVED' LIST OF SUITABLE ITEMS.
