LONDON Team
For the third successive year, the Board of Youth & Children’s Ministry will be facilitating the sending of this young adults’ team to London, to work alongside Rev Edwin Kibathi, his wife, Anne, and members of PCEA UK Outreach.
PCEA UK Outreach is a church-plant of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), PCI’s partner church in Kenya. Its members are mainly Kenyans, but other East Africans living in London are also involved with this vibrant and growing fellowship.
The team will be involved in evangelistic outreach activities to the local community.
Working with members of the PCEA church and other local church groups, the team will play a part in ‘More Than Gold’, a Christian outreach to the many visitors who will be in London for the 2012 Olympics. [watch YouTube video]
This team is for young adults aged 18-30, and is being organised and administered by staff in the Youth & Children's Office.
