At the invitation of the Education Department of the Livingstonia Synod of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP), Fiona Innes has taken up the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the Synod's Early Childhood Development Programme

This involves working closely with Diane Cusick in the development of the Montessori teaching and training methodology in pre-schools throughout the Livingstonia Synod.

Fiona has a number of years of experience in teaching and education in Northern Ireland and, in 2007, spent a couple of months assisting with home-schooling Gary & Mary Reid's children in Kenya. Prior to leaving for Malawi, she undertook a short course of study at Belfast Bible College.

In 2011, Fiona completed her service as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in the Synod of Livingstonia's Early Childhood Development Programme. She is now back in Ireland and seeking the next step in her service for God.

Fiona is a member of Portrush Presbyterian Church.
